Lab Axiom is a production cloud LIMS used by laboratory tenants on a dedicated subdomain (for example app.labaxiom.com). The product is updated continuously; features and knowledge base articles reflect the current application.

Early access and onboarding

Some laboratories were onboarded during an early access period. If your organization joined during that time, you may still see older materials that mention a private beta. The same core workflows apply: customers, samples, tests, results, external labs, certification, and administration.

Use the in-app Support link (Help Center) for how-to articles. For account access, roles, or tenant configuration, contact your laboratory administrator or Lab Axiom support.
