The Labs section in Lab Axiom is for external laboratories—partners to which your tenant outsources tests. Use Labs to maintain contact details, addresses, and notes for each outsource partner, not to describe your own in-house facility.

On the Home page, the Labs card summarizes this: manage the external labs to which you outsource tests. Open Labs from that card or from the bottom navigation bar (when your role includes lab.read).

What you can do

• Store email, phone, address, and internal notes for each external lab
• Add contacts for personnel at the outsource lab
• Associate Tests with a lab when work is performed or sent to that partner
• View tests linked to a lab from the lab record

Default lab record

Each tenant has a default lab entry used internally by the system. Treat other lab records as your real outsource partners.
