After you sign in to Lab Axiom in your browser, you land on Home. Open Labs from the Home card or the bottom navigation bar. Labs are external partners you outsource tests to—not your in-house facility. Use the + (Create New Lab) button on the Labs list.

1. Click the + (Create New Lab) button on the Labs list.
2. Enter the lab's Name (the external lab where outsourced testing is performed).
3. Enter any additional pertinent information in Note (internal only) (not shown on the COA).
4. Enter the lab's Email, Phone, and Address (including suite number and other details where applicable).
5. In the Contacts section, click Add Contact to add personnel at the outsource lab.
6. Click Save.

Edit an existing lab

From the Labs list, use the row action Edit Lab, or open a lab in view mode and choose Edit Lab. The same fields are available as when creating a lab.
