After you sign in to Lab Axiom in your browser, you land on Home. Open Labs from the Home card or the bottom navigation bar. Labs are external partners you outsource tests to—not your in-house facility. Use the + (Create New Lab) button on the Labs list.

1. Click the + (Create New Lab) button on the Labs list.
2. Enter the lab's name (the external lab where outsourced testing is performed).
3. Enter any additional pertinent information in the notes section (internal only; not shown on the COA).
4. Enter the lab's email address.
5. Enter the lab's phone number.
6. Enter the lab's address (including suite number and other details where applicable).
7. Add contacts for personnel at the outsource lab.
8. Save the lab.

Edit an existing lab

From the Labs list, open a row in view mode and choose Edit from the row actions (pencil icon). The same fields are available as when creating a lab.
