Testing due dates and outsourced status appear on the sample view screen as results progress—they are set on individual result rows in Results, not on the sample create form. See Entering Test Results in Lab Axiom.
Alternatively, customers or staff can submit sample information through a sample submission form—see Configuring sample forms in Lab Axiom.
Edit an existing sample
From the Samples list, click Edit Sample (pencil) in the row actions—or open the sample in view mode and click the Edit Sample icon in the header. The same fields are available as when creating a sample.
Print a sample label
In sample view mode, open the ⋮ actions menu and choose Print Sample Label to print a label for the sample. See Setting up the Zebra label printer in Lab Axiom if you need to configure printing.
