After you sign in to Lab Axiom in your browser, you land on Home. Open Customers from the Home card or the bottom navigation bar. Use the + (Create New Customer) button on the Customers list to add a customer.
- Click the + (Create New Customer) button on the Customers list.
- Enter the customer's name (the company or person requesting lab testing).
- Enter any additional pertinent information in the notes section.
- Enter the customer's email address.
- Enter the customer's phone number.
- Enter the customer's address (including suite number and other details).
- Optionally select Hide Email and Phone on COA if you do not want this customer's email and phone printed on certificates.
- Optionally select Pay in Advance if the customer must pay before receiving the COA.
- Add personal Contacts as needed. For each contact, enter title, email, and phone. Optionally enable COA Notifications or Sample Receipt Notifications. See Notifying customers about samples and certificates in Lab Axiom.
- Optionally add Test Prices to set customer-specific prices for individual tests. Each entry links a test and a Price (USD); these prices can appear on Results rows for that customer's samples.
- Save the customer.
Edit an existing customer
From the Customers list, open a row in view mode and choose Edit from the row actions (pencil icon), or click the pencil on the grid. The same fields are available as when creating a customer.
