Lab Axiom uses secure sign-in through AWS Cognito. You should receive an email with your username, a temporary password, and a link to the application.

Sign in

1. Open your lab’s Lab Axiom URL (bookmark or link from your administrator).
2. If you are not already signed in, the app redirects you to the Cognito hosted sign-in page automatically—you do not click a separate Log In button inside Lab Axiom first.
3. Enter your username and password on the Cognito page, then choose Sign in.
4. If prompted, set a new password and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) per your organization’s policy.
5. After successful sign-in, you return to Lab Axiom, usually on the Home page.

Switch between labs

If your account has access to more than one lab, the current lab name in the center of the header appears as a dropdown (with a down-arrow). Click the lab name to open the menu, then choose another lab. Lab Axiom shows a brief Switching message and reloads with that lab's data.

Most users belong to a single lab and see only the lab name without a dropdown.

Customer portal users

Some accounts only access certificates on Home. See Accessing your certificates (customer portal).
