If your organization uses Lab Axiom as a customer portal, you sign in to view certificates of analysis (COAs) shared with you—not to manage the full laboratory system.

Sign in

1. Open Lab Axiom (your lab’s link or bookmark).
2. Sign in with the email and password your lab provided (AWS Cognito login page).
3. After sign-in, you land on the Home page.

View certificates

On Home, scroll to the Certificates section. You can browse COAs in card or grid view and open downloads your lab has shared.

Install on your device (optional)

If Home shows an Install prompt, you can add Lab Axiom to your phone or computer for quicker access (progressive web app). Follow the on-screen steps for your browser.

Need full lab features?

Portal accounts cannot access Customers, Samples, Results, or other tenant tools. Contact your laboratory administrator if you need a full user account.
