The Customers section is where you manage companies and contacts who request testing. Store addresses, communication preferences, Hide Email and Phone on COA, and Pay in Advance settings for each customer.
Customer records can include Contacts (with optional COA and sample-receipt notification flags) and Test Prices that override default test pricing for that customer on result rows.
From Home or the bottom navigation bar, open Customers to browse or create records. Use the + (Create New Customer) button to add a customer.
Customer records link to Samples as the billing customer and as COA recipients. The billing customer is set per sample and is included on the COA automatically.
