After you sign in to Lab Axiom in your browser, you land on Home. Open Tests from the Home card or the bottom navigation bar. Use the + (Create New Test) button on the Tests list.

1. Click the + (Create New Test) button on the Tests list.
2. Enter the test name (name of the test being performed).
3. Enter any additional pertinent information in the notes section (internal only; not shown on the COA).
4. Enter the price (amount the customer pays).
5. Enter the cost (amount it costs your lab to run the test).
6. Enter the test category or type (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.).
7. Enter the unit of measurement (mL, g, L, etc.).
8. Select whether the test is part of a group of related tests.
9. If the test is not grouped, enter turnaround time (business days).
10. Enter the method (e.g. ICP-MS).
11. Enter Reporting Type (e.g. quantity, presence).
12. Enter Reporting Limit and related configuration as required.
13. Enter the specification (absent, greater than, less than, etc.).
14. Enter any additional notes for the COA (visible to the customer on the COA).
15. Save the test.

Edit an existing test

From the Tests list, open a row in view mode and choose Edit from the row actions (pencil icon). The same fields are available as when creating a test.
