After you sign in to Lab Axiom in your browser, you land on Home. Open Tests from the Home card or the bottom navigation bar. Use the + (Create New Test) button on the Tests list.

1. Click the + (Create New Test) button on the Tests list.
2. Enter the test Name.
3. Enter any additional pertinent information in Note (internal only) (not shown on the COA).
4. Select the Lab that performs or receives the test (external outsource partner when applicable).
5. Enter Price (USD) (amount the customer pays) and Cost (USD) (amount it costs your lab to run the test).
6. Enter the Type (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.).
7. Select whether the test is a Group of related tests.
8. If the test is grouped, select the member Tests in the group.
9. If the test is not grouped, enter Turn Around (business days), Minimum Sample Size, and Method.
10. If the test is not grouped, enter Reporting Type (Qualitative or Quantitative). For quantitative tests, enter Reporting Limit and Unit of Measurement (optional).
11. If the test is not grouped, enter the Specification and related values as required.
12. Enter Certificate of Analysis Note (external) (visible to the customer on the COA).
13. Click Save.

Edit an existing test

From the Tests list, use the row action Edit Test, or open a test in view mode and choose Edit Test. The same fields are available as when creating a test.
