Export grid data from list pages to Google Sheets for reporting or sharing. The export includes the rows currently visible in the grid (after filters and sorting) and the columns visible in your saved layout.

Export a list

1. Open a list from Home or the bottom navigation bar—Customers, Samples, Results, Tests, or Labs.
2. Optional: Filter or search to narrow the rows you want to export.
3. Click the ⋮ menu on the list header.
4. Choose Export … to Google Sheets (for example Export Results to Google Sheets on the Results page).
5. If prompted, sign in with Google and allow Lab Axiom access to your Google account.
6. In the export dialog, choose a new spreadsheet or an existing one, and either create a new sheet tab or select an existing sheet.
7. Click Export to write the data to Google Sheets.

Lab Axiom exports column headers and row values for visible columns. Hidden columns in your saved grid layout are omitted.

Import from Google Sheets

The Results list also offers Import Results from Google Sheets in the same ⋮ menu when your role allows result updates. Use that workflow to bulk-enter or update results from a spreadsheet.
