The Samples section tracks each specimen from receipt through testing and certification. Open Samples from Home or the bottom navigation bar. Use + (Create New Sample) to add a sample.

Each sample holds lot number, type, storage, billing customer, assigned tests, due dates (including outsourced testing when applicable), pricing, COA recipients, and notification status. In view mode you can print labels, notify customers, and open Certify Sample when results are ready.

External submission forms and in-app creation both feed the same Samples list—see Configuring sample forms in Lab Axiom.
